REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
The following information is provided to help you in the preparation and submission of your final paper as it will be published in the proceedings of ICPESA’18 as well as it will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible publication. Please follow all STEPs to ensure the submission process to be completed successfully.

STEP 1: - REGISTRATION FEE
Registration is required for the presentation and publication of your paper. At least one author per paper must pay the registration fee.

STEP 2: - SUBMISSION OF CAMERA READY PAPER
Revise your paper:
Please read reviewer comments and revise your paper to address them in detail. You must use Microsoft Word template
(http://www.ritchennai.org/ICPESA/ICPESA'18%20Conference-template-letter.doc) as otherwise IEEE will not accept your paper for publication in IEEE Xplore. If your paper uniqueness has less than 80% please increase the UNIQUENESS of the paper above 80% otherwise your paper publication is not guaranteed.
Generate a PDF version of your Camera-Ready paper and validate it using the PDFeXpress tool. (You can also use PDF eXpress tool to generate the PDF version) by accessing the IEEE PDF eXpress plus site at:http://www.pdf-express.org/plus(Enter Conference ID as 43992XP)
Upload your paper’s PDF eXpress tool generated PDF file through the given link for online registration. (File name should be for example: Paper ID_xx_cameraready)
STEP 3: - SUBMISSION OF COPY RIGHT FORM
Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the IEEE will take action against any author who engages in either practice. Submitted papers must be unpublished and not currently under review for any other publication. Authors of accepted papers will need to sign an IEEE copyright release form and present their paper at the conference.
