Events

The department aims to encourage a habit of lifelong learning about innovation and the growing internationalization in engineering and other aspects of the modern world. To achieve that, the faculty and students of the CSE department have been involving for creating and learning new innovations in the field of modern computing technology by attending various technical events in their interested areas of IT domain.

• Two Days Workshop on Animation & Design conducted on 11th and 12th Jan 2018.
• Two Days State-level Workshop on Free Software basics , Python and Django conducted on 19th and 20th Jan 2018.
• Department of Computer Science and Engineering has organized Two days National Conference on Data Science and Intelligent Information Technology (NCDSIIT-2018) on 6th and 7th March 2018.
• MyGov launched Smart India Hackathon 2018 (Software Edition) on Jan 2018 . From the Department of Computer science and Engineering, 36 teams with 135 students submitted 84 project proposals. 14 teams with 84 students have been selected for finals.Overall 16
• MyGov launched Smart India Hackathon 2018 (Hardware Edition) on Feb 2018. From the Department of Computer science and Engineering, more than 5 project proposals has been submitted. 1 team has been selected for SIH Grand Finale 2018 (Hardware Edition).
• Texas Instrumentation and IIM Bangalore organized the event DST-Texas Instruments(TI) India Innovation Design Challenge 2017. Three teams from CSE department has been shortlisted for quarter finals received worth of 200$ for their projects. One of the team
